Top #23 “Alpha” – BilletSPIN Fan page

Well why not, I haven’t done a build thread in a while. This is for the new design , “Alpha”. I will be raw with this so that means you will see the progression from concept to finished product and all the tweaks and changes in between. This is NOT the order thread 😀 I am expecting to make a lot of changes as I go so don’t panic until I am done 😀 I hope you enjoy the process!

The middle circle will be the start of a taper that comes towards you. The milled slots will allow you to see the stem through them similar to the Miracle

Now comes the fun part

Ok, 1st end is done one the collar. I might still make a few tweaks, but I am somewhat happy!

This is the stem side. The ball side will not have any milling

Setting up the next machine now. Not much going to happen though until the stems are set-up tomorrow

It was not how I originally wanted it but had to change it for a couple of reasons. It is crazy how different i looks in person when you rotate it 45 degrees. I am really happy with it so far but the real test is when the stem in in

1st stem op is done. Might be a touch long but I like the way it is going!

I just shortened the stem. I should have a finished top in 30 minutes

bottom looks nice 😀

Order as many as you like. Order thread will be up until 1/26 and all orders to that point will be filled!

Price is $130 per top plus $5 domestic and $10 international shipping total no matter how many you order.

Well the Alpha is now the largest selling top I have ever done. I am doing my very best to keep up with messages but if I missed you please bare with me. It is pretty crazy here right now 😀

PLEASE READ:

1) yes you can change your order through 1/24. Just edit your original response in the order thread. On 1/25 I am taking a screen shot and starting to ship.

2) Yes you can buy more and add to your order. Just edit your original response on the order thread.

3) These ship USPS First class. All packages will have tracking but please give it until end of next week before you request tracking. I am getting hundreds of messages a day right now and I still have to manufacture and ship your tops so the messages really slow me down.

4) For the international shipping I will not deviate whatsoever on the invoice. It will be listed as merchandise at $130 value per top. This information will be on the shipping label as usual.

5) Order thread will be up until early 1/26. But like I mentioned above, do not edit your order after 1/24.

I was going to do this one the website but after a lot of thought I think this is the better way. I have another idea to prove out the website.

Stemless video. This one is a bit scratched up from the rocks in the photo booth but you get the idea.

Hey all, today is your last opportunity to edit your material combo. If you ordered multiple stemmed tops please make sure they are noted in the same reply on the order thread. I will ship in the order of the thread so if you have two separate replies I will get stuck sending two packages. Same goes for the stemless. If you ordered both a stemmed and stemless then you should have one reply on each order thread. If you can get that correct by tomorrow morning it would help me out a lot. Thanks!
